• Prospecting New Business: driving up driveways, attending local cattle auctions, meeting with local
• In-Field Sales: getting hands and boots dirty, discussing Halter over coffee at a kitchen table, in
• Expanding Existing Opportunities: always looking for new opportunities, expanding existing
• Hitting Sales Targets: stepping up to high-growth sales targets, being an expert pipeline manager
• Customer Account Management: maintaining close relationships with customers after the sale
• Territory Ownership: having a high level of ownership, treating every corner of the territory

🎯 Requirements

• Driven Attitude & Communication skills: results-driven, motivated, adaptable, well-prepared
• Ranching / Cattle Experience: know the ropes (and the reins) of ranching or cattle operations
• Sales & Customer Success Expertise: strong history of creating new business opportunities
• Territory Management experience: experience managing a large territory with a balanced focus on
• Problem Solving & Collaboration ability: resourceful, quick-thinking, works well with
• Willingness to Travel: frequent travel within the territory to engage with customers and prospects.
