Territory Manager (TX, Waco)

📋 Description

• Develop GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Build relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Travel 4–5 days/week for meetings with patients, parents, providers.
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Waco, TX
• Must be fluent in English
• 1-4 years sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
• Travel locally with reliable transport and a valid driver's license (4–5 days/wk)
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus
