• Create strategies to develop profitable retailer relationships.
• Build a portfolio of retailers to develop long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms and contracts that create value for all.
• Be accountable for retailer activity during onboarding.
• Establish proactive account management to drive growth and cross-sell.
• Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably B2C.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail is an advantage.
• Fast-paced, multitasking environment experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Based in Bukidnon.
