  • Create strategies and partnerships to build profitable retailer relationships via distribution channels.
  • Build retailer portfolios across categories to develop long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts that create long-term value for company, retailers and customers.
  • Oversee retailer activity and onboarding engagement.
  • Drive growth and retention via proactive account management; analyze product performance.
  • Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a sales/distribution team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, risk, data/analysis, product and technology, finance, legal and operations.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in sales leadership, preferably B2C.
  • 1-2 years in management.
  • Experience in fintech, POS, or retail is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
