📋 Description

• Create retailer partnerships via distribution channels.
• Build a multi-category retailer portfolio for long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to create value for all parties.
• Own retailer activity and onboarding engagement.
• Lead account management to drive growth and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales leadership, B2C preferred.
• 1-2 years managerial experience.
• Fintech, POS/BNPL or retail exp is a plus.
• Proven ability in fast-paced, multitasking env.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Based in Ilocos Sur.
