  • Minimum 5 years in sales leadership, preferably within a B2C environment.
  • 1-2 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in fintech, POS, BNPL, or retail is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Must be based in Ilocos Sur.
