📋 Description

  • Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable retailer relationships via distribution channels.
  • Build a portfolio of retailers across categories for long-term business relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts delivering long-term value for all parties.
  • Manage retailer onboarding and ongoing activity throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Lead account management to drive growth, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Hire, train, manage and mentor a sales/distribution team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • 1-2 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Based in Mindoro.
