📋 Description

  • Create strategies and partnerships to develop profitable retailer relationships via distribution channels.
  • Build a portfolio of retailers across categories to develop long-term business ties.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts that create sustainable value for all parties.
  • Be accountable for retailer activity and onboarding journey.
  • Establish proactive account management to drive growth using product data.
  • Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers to show value.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales and distribution staff.
  • Lead change and continuous improvement of go-to-market strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, risk, data, product, finance, legal, and ops.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • 1-2 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
