• Create strategies and partnership models with retailers to drive profitability.
• Build a portfolio of retailers across categories for long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms and contracts that create value for company and retailers.
• Be accountable for retailer activity and onboarding journey.
• Establish proactive account management to drive growth and retention.
• Analyze product performance and identify cross-sell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in B2C.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in fintech, POS, BNPL, or retail is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Must be based in Angeles, Pampanga.
