📋 Description

• Develop profitable retail partnerships via distribution channels.
• Build a portfolio of retailers across categories for growth.
• Negotiate terms and contracts delivering value for company and retailers.
• Manage retailer onboarding and ongoing activity.
• Lead proactive account management to drive growth and cross-sell.
• Provide sales dashboards and reports to retailers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales leadership (B2C preferred).
• 1–2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in fintech/POS/BNPL or retail is an advantage.
• Fast-paced, multitasking environment capability.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Based in Zambales.
