📋 Description

• Create strategies and partnership models to build profitable retailer relationships via distribution.
• Build a portfolio of retailers across categories for long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts that create sustainable value.
• Own retailer activity and onboarding to drive smooth uptake.
• Establish proactive account management to drive growth and retention.
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales/distribution staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in a B2C environment
• 1-2 years of managerial experience
• Fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking env
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Based in Zamboanga Del Norte
