Define the Test Strategy & Test Plan document
Design the test cases and prepare the testers for UAT
Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in the banking
Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Perform test planning, test execution, test management, defect tracking, and test progress reporting
Coordinate SIT and UAT across multi-phase projects (Agile preferred)

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, UAT, SQL queries, Mantis, Data Migration
ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL) is nice to have (candidates working toward it are
Candidate with experience in Banking domain OR (Insurance / Financial Services industry) is highly
Fluency in Mandarin AND Cantonese is a MUST (China/HK projects)
