Test Analyst - Senior

📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and test cases
• Perform UAT, functional, regression, enhancement, integration, data validation, and end-to-end
• Coordinate testing activities with business users, Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, and
• Identify, document, track, prioritize, and manage defects, including severity assessment and
• Validate data and integrations to ensure system functionality and information flows meet expected
• Support testing and delivery activities within Agile and iterative development environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years coordinating software testing with business users and stakeholders
• 5+ years hands-on UAT, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• 5+ years managing defects and validating corrective fixes
• 5+ years data validation and integration testing
• 2+ years working with ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Experience with AI and Generative AI tools for testing and documentation
