Hold a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical Eng, Physics, or related field.
7+ years of testing, validation, and evaluation of autonomous systems (UAVs/robotics/aerospace).
Proficient with Python, C++, or MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
Experience with flight control systems (PX4, ArduPilot), ground control (QGroundControl), and
Modeling & Simulation, SIL, and HIL analyses to stress-test integrations.
Ability to diagnose root causes from flight data, logs, and telemetry; perform post-test
