Test and Range Scheduling Support - Range Concierge/Customer Relations

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Range Concierge contact for Private Industry Customers
• Coordinate scheduling for facilities, equipment, personnel, and skills
• Review test schedules for completeness, consistency, and resource availability
• Propose schedule adjustments for Government review and approval
• Support scheduling for drones, counter-drone systems, long-range fires, and interceptors
• Communicate with customers about facilities, data, timelines, and constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Active SECRET Security Clearance required
• Experience with scheduling, coordination, customer service, or resource management
• Ability to analyze schedules and identify conflicts
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-schedule skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional diplomacy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
