Test Automation Engineer - Cards (Polish is Mandatory)

📋 Description

• Drive quality and efficiency across banking transformation via scalable test automation
• Design and implement robust automation solutions for large-scale testing
• Define automation priorities with manual testers and stakeholders
• Maintain automation frameworks and provide clear QA reporting
• Collaborate with manual testers, developers and QA teams across card and banking platforms
• Automate regression, smoke, and end-to-end tests when data/environments exist

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is mandatory
• Proven experience in test automation within banking, payments, or enterprise tech
• Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, and related frameworks
• Experience developing and maintaining regression and smoke automation suites
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test management tools, and defect tracking
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with card issuing, payments, or transaction processing systems
