Design, implement and run both manual and automated test scenarios.
Work closely with the R&D engineering teams to ensure new features and product releases are
Lead test solution innovations to reduce test time and improve overall product quality.
Understand Enterprise customers' use cases and environment setup to adapt our testing plans to fit
Fix bugs both in test suites and in various parts of Island's customer-facing products.

🎯 Requirements

4+ Years of experience in manual test design.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to write, debug and
Experience in automation test development for Enterprise product - Advantage.
Creativity – find solutions for challenging requirements.
A degree in computer science or related field - Advantage.
