Test Development Engineer II

📋 Description

• Support improvement and new capability projects on Form’s battery cycling test stands
• Develop new methodology and verification suites for product scale test vehicles
• Support troubleshooting + RCA, Gage R&R for test systems
• Verify reliability of battery test metadata, ensuring consistent performance
• Write and release battery test protocols using Form Energy’s in-house software
• Own review process of Form test protocols

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in energy storage systems test engineering or development engineering
• BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent industry experience
• Working experience with transport phenomena/mass flow measurement systems
• Knowledge of battery test methods, device/sensors
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; writing advanced battery test scripts
• High laboratory safety standards
