Test Development Engineer - Toronto

📋 Description

• Design, implement and run both manual and automated test scenarios.
• Work closely with the R&D engineering teams to ensure new features and product releases are
• Lead test solution innovations to reduce test time and improve overall product quality.
• Understand Enterprise customers’ use cases and environment setup to adapt our testing plans to fit
• Fix bugs both in test suites and in various parts of Island’s customer-facing products.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ Years of experience in manual test design.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to write, debug and
• Experience in automation test development for Enterprise product - Advantage.
• Creativity – find solutions for challenging requirements.
• A degree in computer science or related field - Advantage.
