Test Development Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Test Development Engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, performance
• Own the test strategy for your area: coverage, priorities, automation roadmap and release readiness.
• Plan and prioritize the team's work in step with R&D delivery, and represent quality in
• Stay hands-on. Design, implement and review manual and automated tests, and debug issues in test
• Drive innovation in how the team tests, including AI coding tools and agents, to cut test cycle

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing a QA or test development team, including hiring and performance management.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in test design, both manual and automated.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to write, debug and
• Proven experience building and scaling test automation for an Enterprise product.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills, and the ability to work across R&D, product and
