Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Own test planning and execution for ATP's reactors and modules
• Translate reaction requirements and safety envelopes into tests
• Design and run test protocols to validate performance, yield, and safety
• Instrument test setups with sensors; capture and analyze data
• Execute hardware-in-the-loop and factory/site acceptance tests
• Identify chemistry-driven failure modes and root cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline
• 3+ years in test engineering, process validation, or hardware interfacing with chemistry
• End-to-end test execution ownership from protocol design to data analysis
• Knowledge of reaction chemistry, kinetics, and process operating envelopes
• Hands-on experience with process instrumentation and data acquisition systems
• Ability to work hands-on in lab, fabrication, and plant with hazardous materials
