Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop test plans, procedures, and safety analyses for components.
• Design, build, and commission test fixtures and QA equipment using CAD.
• Install and calibrate sensors; configure DAQ systems to capture data.
• Analyze data and diagnose root-cause failures.
• Collaborate with Design, Systems, and Flight Test teams on test criteria.
• Ensure safety and compliance for FAA/UAS certification workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field.
• 2+ years in a dedicated engineering test environment.
• Hands-on with electric motors, propulsion, batteries, EV systems.
• Experience with data acquisition hardware (NI, Dewesoft) and instrumentation.
• Troubleshooting using schematics, CAD models, or wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for data analysis.
