Create test fixturing concepts, fabrication drawings, wiring schematics for battery packs.
Own test campaigns: plan, activate tests, operate, review data, maintain test stands.
Establish safety protocols for high voltage and destructive battery tests.
Direct technicians to fabricate and integrate test articles and stand equipment.
Develop and maintain test procedures, sequences, scripts, and configurations.
Operate and troubleshoot data acquisition and control systems (NI-based).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering or related field.
1+ years hands-on testing experience (internships or clubs count).
2+ years hands-on experience with mechanical/structural/fluid systems or test operations.
Experience with hazardous systems (high-pressure, high-voltage, cryogenic, hypergolic).
Experience with lithium-ion battery handling and safety.
3D modeling software (NX/Inventor/CATIA) and coding (Python/Matlab/C/C++/Java).
