Improve test processes to boost capability and rate
Identify system pitfalls; collaborate with design, production, and launch teams on improvements
Serve as final authority to ensure safe operations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering or related field
1+ years of hands-on testing experience (internships, clubs qualify)
3+ years hands-on experience with mechanical/structural/propulsion/fluids/test operations
Ability to thrive in ambiguous requirements and aggressive timelines
High autonomy and self-driven motivation
Knowledge of hazardous systems (high pressure, cryogenic, flammable, hypergolic, pyrophoric)
