Test Engineer, Senior - Remote

📋 Description

• Senior QA tech leader guiding sprint planning, delivery, and quality.
• Owns QA standards, DoD, and audit readiness across teams.
• Leads test strategy for functional, integration, regression, and performance.
• Designs and maintains automated tests for UI/API/batch/data.
• Integrates tests in CI/CD via Azure DevOps; strong governance.
• Mentors on QA standards and agile methods (BDD, TDD, shift-left).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years related experience.
• Certifications: CSTE, CSQA, CTFL, CTAL, CSTP.
• Automation framework design and maintenance expertise.
• Proficient with PlayWright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, REST API, Allure.
• Azure DevOps for test management, CI/CD, SQL validation.
• Agile/SAFe experience with cross-functional teams; shift-left.
