📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy for large-scale product launch and card conversion programmes.
• Coordinate testing across business, technology, and operations teams for coverage and readiness.
• Manage a hybrid onshore/offshore testing model with defect governance and reporting.
• Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and support test management and risk mitigation.
• Drive quality and successful outcomes across card portfolio conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading testing for large-scale banking transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in cards, card processing platforms, and card portfolio conversions.
• Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore testing teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with delivery teams and executives.
• Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies and QA frameworks.
• Bonus: Experience delivering payment modernization or digital card transformations.
