Test Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end testing activities: strategy, planning, design, execution, defect mgmt
• Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and integration testing
• Design test scenarios and cases covering functional, technical, regulatory needs
• Manage defect lifecycle: prioritisation, triage, tracking, resolution with tech/business teams
• Ensure solutions are production-ready, meeting business, technical, and regulatory standards
• Provide testing governance and status reporting, highlighting risks and dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience in software testing within core banking or financial systems
• Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst, with ability to manage a testing team
• Strong track record leading SIT and UAT for complex, multi-system implementations
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and defect management
• Ability to produce clear, structured test documentation, reports, and executive-level updates
• Fluency in English is a must
