Test Lead (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Define and evolve scope, scenarios, and test designs for Bank Readiness Tests
• Collaborate with Business Architects, Delivery Management, and Value Streams
• Establish structured approach for test design, prep, execution, and reporting
• Ensure adequate coverage of end-to-end bank processes and dependencies
• Moderate workshops with stakeholders across locations and functions
• Coordinate test activities across international and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs in banking/financial services consulting
• Knowledge in at least two: Core Banking, Payments, Lending, or Finance
• Methodological expertise in test strategy, design, planning, and execution
• Experience with multi-platform, multi-application test environments
• Experience with bank migrations and/or Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
• Fluent in German and English, excellent stakeholder management skills
