Manage risk, prioritize testing, and ensure timely bug tracking and QA reporting.
Oversee milestone sign-off and submission processes.
Act as liaison between QA/Test, Producers, Developers, Compliance, and studios.
Recruit and interview to grow the team.

🎯 Requirements

Solid experience in software testing and QA in video games; includes QA Manager.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, bug databases, and test plans.
Proven experience building and mentoring QA/Test teams.
Excellent communication; able to lead through influence in a matrixed env.
English proficiency, both written and spoken.
