Test Manager (Operational) m/f

📋 Description

• Define and maintain project test strategies covering unit, integration, end-to-end, user
• Estimate testing efforts and identify necessary resources, tools, environments, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain test schedules aligned with project milestones and stakeholder availability.
• Coordinate preparation, execution, and monitoring of manual and automated testing activities.
• Identify quality risks and define mitigation plans in collaboration with project managers and
• Oversee test design and execution to ensure appropriate coverage and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in Test
• Experience working in complex environments involving multiple teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks such as ISTQB or TMap.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, project management, ITIL, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking processes.
