Test Specialist - Level 4/5 (Components)

📋 Description

• Assist design of test fixtures, setups, and stands for production and development
• Fabricate instrumentation including DAQ hardware and wire harnesses
• Build electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems (high-pressure gas, HV)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform tests solo or with engineers per procedures
• Summarize and distribute test data and preliminary results

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 8+ years in hands-on manufacturing
• Associate or bachelor’s in physics, math, or engineering
• Read electro-mechanical schematics
• Read P&ID diagrams
• Read mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Install/operate instrumentation (strain gauges, transducers)
• Fabricate/repair electrical systems (soldering, crimping)

🎁 Benefits

• Pay range: Level 4 $45.50-$56.00/hr; Level 5 $51.00-$63.00/hr
