Test Technician, Silicon Assembly (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Perform wafer-level probing and testing with DC/RF probes and VNAs.
• Set up RF test stations and VNAs for parametric and high-frequency tests.
• Load/unload devices into ATE with recipes for yield and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to hit daily test volumes and fixture setup.
• Maintain RF test equipment and ensure cleanroom and safety standards.
• Adhere to safety, ESD, and handling of RF components.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years in hands-on manufacturing or a bachelor's in engineering/math/science (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, math or science (preferred).
• Experience with Automated Wafer Probing Systems and Backend Testers.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes).
• Excellent manual dexterity for microminiature components under a microscope.
