📋 Description

• Define an approach and plan for incremental testing, ensuring early risk mitigation and de-risking
• Define and own the end-to-end testing strategy for a large, multi-market program, including UAT
• Lead and coordinate multiple market test leads, ensuring structured defect management and
• Define and enforce entry and exit criteria for UAT and production release.
• Ensure strong test governance, environment planning, and readiness across parallel SIT and UAT

🎯 Requirements

• Strong test planning and strategy design capability.
• Strong exp into RWA, Basel/ Pillar 3
• Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated delivery discipline managing multi-country programs in parallel.
• Experience driving structured defect management and executive reporting.
