Write-up and send testing assignments to established testing groups, ensuring all testing locations
Manage the schedule of upcoming tests and test store availability.
Coordinate ingredients for test stores to use.
Create and assign tasks for testing stores.
Work in the test kitchen baking desserts for internal taste tests as needed.
Create, distribute and monitor weekly surveys for current and upcoming test desserts.

🎯 Requirements

Crumbl Franchise or similar network experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in analytics, culinary arts, communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years' experience working in analytics, restaurant operations, consumer insights, or other
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to create structure and prioritize work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
