• Work with CTO to build the backend and AI systems.
• Develop and enhance backend for existing and new apps.
• Design systems, infra, CI/CD, and data workflows.
• Implement scalable backend systems using Kotlin/Java/Go/Python.
• Create tools and components to improve backend development efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in backend languages: Kotlin, Java, Go, Python.
• Familiarity with database design, management, and optimization.
• Proven track record building scalable, reliable backend systems.
• AI experience a plus; applying models in production.
• Systems architecture: scalable designs; monitoring with New Relic or Datadog.
• Clear communication, ownership, and working in English.
