The UPS Store Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate the full 9–12-month franchisee integration and store build-out lifecycle, from design
• Partner with internal design teams to ensure store layouts and plans align with brand standards
• Monitor construction progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with
• Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of fixtures, equipment, signage, and technology
• Manage franchisee onboarding schedules and coordinate deliverables across Sales, Training
• Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, helping them navigate project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction coordination, project administration
• Knowledge of project coordination principles, workflows, documentation standards, and best
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines
• Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, project activities, milestones, and deliverables
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or

• Base salary range of $68,172–$72,720 per year, with compensation determined by factors including
