Therapeutic Area Head, Oncology

📋 Description

• Lead and execute Medical Affairs strategy for Oncology assets (pipeline and marketed).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Market Access on brand strategy and launches.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders as AbbVie’s scientific liaison in Oncology.
• Drive research concepts and data generation to strengthen product evidence.
• Provide scientific training to internal teams on medical knowledge.
• Lead team development, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) preferred; focus in Hematology, Oncology, or Internal Medicine.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience with people management.
• Clinical research methodology and regulatory knowledge.
• Stakeholder management, networking, diplomacy skills.
• Integrity, regulatory compliance, and scientific quality.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
