Therapeutic Specialist, Gynecology & Gastroenterology

📋 Description

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed
• Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance
• Proactively support key stakeholders' needs to build trusted relationships
• Execute call plan achieving set metrics and optimizing coverage of key customers
• Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market dynamics; share
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition and maintain disease state experts/speakers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce or equivalent
• Minimum of three to five years in Specialty Sales role within pharmaceutical industry; Gynecology
• Physician/account-based selling, CHE/OLA/training, managed health care or marketing experience
• Proven sales track record and solid presentation skills (F2F and virtual)
• Experience with IntelAgree, DEVO, CTE/Concur, Veeva an asset
• Strong ability to identify customer style and adapt selling approach
