🎯 Requirements

• Licensed therapist with independent unrestricted license and 3+ years of direct therapy experience.
• Experience in quality chart reviews/audits and coaching on documentation standards.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted review tools and providing structured feedback.
• Strong communicator/educator skills for diverse groups and environments.
• Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technology platforms and workflows.
