Therapy Development Representative

📋 Description

• Drive territory sales, annual operating plan performance, sales budgets, account development, and
• Develop and maintain detailed territory and market development plans, identifying target accounts
• Partner closely with vascular field teams and internal functions to identify opportunities
• Build productive relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, medical staff, key
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, using clinical knowledge and market
• Train, educate, and in-service healthcare professionals on new products, procedures, clinical

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree
• Relevant experience must be in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech
• Ideally, 8+ years of experience selling medical devices or therapies in hospital, operating room
• Proven ability to identify and develop new accounts, penetrate markets, grow adoption of innovative
• Strong knowledge of hospital, operating room, physician office, and related healthcare protocols
• Demonstrated ability to teach, train, and educate medical professionals, peers, and technical
