📋 Description

• Prepare treatment areas and gather equipment and materials.
• Perform procedures under supervision of a PT or OT.
• Maintain high clinical standards and 5-star customer service.
• Support collaboration within the Spear community.
• Additional duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience is a plus.
• Passion for physical and occupational therapy.
• Proactive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
