Thermal Fluids Design Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Guide thermal fluids, environmental control, and life support designs.
• Lead FMEA, tests, and verification/validation activities.
• Partner with hardware teams to ensure design intent and testability.
• Define test methodologies; analyze field data to improve robustness.
• Lead design reviews and risk gates for flight systems.
• Drive acceptance and qualification test campaigns for flight hardware.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in responsible engineering, design ownership, or reliability.
• 10+ years in aerospace reliability or systems engineering (preferred).
• Hands-on hardware design, assembly, integration, or testing.
• Experience with fracture control and human-rated hardware standards.
• Strong scripting and data analysis: Python, MATLAB, Excel; Tableau knowledge.
