Third Party Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for brokers/correspondents on Non-QM files.
• Review loan packages for submission standards and guidelines.
• Collect, review, and validate income, assets, credit, and disclosures docs.
• Maintain LOS status with up-to-date information.
• Respond to internal QC or audit findings post-close.
• Deliver proactive updates and pipeline management to brokers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years mortgage operations experience; at least 2 years in Non-QM.
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM guidelines and Third-Party workflows.
• Prior experience as Third Party Account Manager, Processor, or Coordinator.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to build broker relationships.
• Familiarity with LOS platforms and operational efficiency.
• Self-starter thriving in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
