Third-Party Risk Management Lead

📋 Description

• Own and enhance Group TPRM framework, policies, standards, and procedures
• Define and deliver enterprise-wide TPRM strategy, roadmap, and transformation
• Lead outsourcing governance and regulatory compliance for third-party services
• Chair governance forums and oversee emerging risks and control effectiveness
• Establish risk appetite, key risk indicators, management information, and Board reporting
• Lead and develop a high-performing TPRM team fostering accountability and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior leadership in third-party risk or operational risk in financial services
• Proven experience owning enterprise-wide TPRM frameworks and governance
• Expert knowledge of regulatory framework for third-party risk and outsourcing
• Experience overseeing TPRM technology implementation and development
• Strong track record managing regulatory reviews, audits, and remediation
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in business or supply chain
