  • Maintain the Third-Party Risk Management framework per local regs
  • Maintain outsourcing register; ensure completeness and regulatory alignment
  • Compile KPI reports for oversight of Third-Party Service Providers
  • Analyze KPI deviations and initiate sustainable remediation
  • Coordinate risk assessments and regulatory notifications of outsourcing
  • Identify weaknesses; propose improvements to oversight processes
  • Maintain policies, procedures and methodologies
  • Collaborate with business units to implement KPI reporting
  • Act as SME for Third-Party Risk Management in cross-functional forums
  • Collaborate on Operational Resilience and ICT Risk matters

  • Strong experience in Third-Party Risk Management and Outsourcing
  • Knowledge of EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements
  • Experience in outsourcing lifecycle management (onboarding, monitoring, exit)
  • Proactive mindset and can-do attitude
  • Team player; able to collaborate across a global risk team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and regulators
  • Knowledge of outsourcing regulations; ICT or payment service providers (adv)
