• Deep domain biosecurity/CBRN-E threat expertise.
• Led investigative/analytic teams; mentorship & program-building.
• Experience with threat actor profiling and frameworks.
• Hands-on with large language models and AI misuse.
• Strong stakeholder management across researchers, policy, gov.
• Able to present analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
