📋 Description

• Own IO & surveillance threat intel strategy and outcomes
• Hire and lead a small IO/threat investigation team
• Lead investigations into state-linked surveillance misuse and spyware vendors
• Build first automated detection: abuse signals, clustering, and network detection
• Analyze cross-platform activity and link to broader campaigns
• Attribute campaigns to actors, focusing on state-sponsored operations

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in influence operations, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or state surveillance/spyware
• Led investigative/threat intel teams
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and threat detection
• Experience attributing campaigns to specific threat actors, including state-sponsored ops
• Strong OSINT tradecraft for investigating online information ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with large language models and weaponization for IO and surveillance
