📋 Description

• Lead investigations into violent extremist and threat actor networks
• Develop detection and disruption strategies across your portfolio
• Coordinate with policy, engineering, and ML/AI teams on roadmaps
• Identify behavioral trends using investigative signals
• Spot emergent harms and gaps in detection, policy, and enforcement
• Partner with program managers to improve operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in threat intelligence or investigations; lead complex multi-stakeholder cases.
• Deep expertise in at least one extremist threat actor ecosystem; adaptable to new verticals.
• Defined scope, proposed solutions, and drove projects in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, case management, and ML tooling.
• Strong written and verbal comms; translate topics for non-experts; produce intelligence.
• Collaborative across teams and time zones; build consensus.
