Threat Response Engineer (TRE) - Day Shift (10am-6pm MT)

📋 Description

• Investigate detected threats and use security tools to contain and remediate threats in customer environments
• Provide customers with thorough reports of actions taken to clarify cleanup and protection strategies
• Identify and implement effective response strategies to enhance the security posture of the customer base
• Collaborate with Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, Intel, and Product teams to develop timely threat remediation methods
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with EDR tools (CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, CarbonBlack)
• Foundational understanding of Windows and MacOS internals
• Demonstrated curiosity and use of AI tools to enhance workflows
• Professional, clear technical documentation and communication
• Available Mon-Fri 10:00-6:00 MT and on-call rotation
