Threat Response & Remediation Engineer

📋 Description

• Investigate threats using EDR, network and Identity telemetry to contain and remediate.
• Manage ongoing customer incidents; develop remediation plans; report actions.
• Develop effective response strategies; innovate tool use to boost security.
• Collaborate with Detection, Intelligence, Research, and Product on remediation approaches.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 response.
• Own customer success from detection to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• AI tool curiosity with history of integrating new tech to boost workflows.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity; investigate, respond, and close incidents.
• EDR hands-on with 2+ tools (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cortex).
• Deep OS internals: Windows and macOS; Linux basics; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure.
